General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
- Supplementary agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract.
- Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: a natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession.
- Day: calendar day.
- Digital content: data produced and delivered in digital form.
- Continuous performance contract: a contract for regular delivery over a period of time.
- Durable medium: any tool enabling storage of information for future reference.
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period.
- Entrepreneur: Telecomprofs B.V.
- Distance contract: an agreement concluded via remote communication.
- Model withdrawal form: the European standard withdrawal form.
- Means of distance communication: tools such as internet or telephone.

Article 3 - Applicability
- These terms apply to every offer and distance contract.
- They are provided before concluding the agreement.
- In electronic agreements, they are provided digitally.
- In case of conflict, the most favorable provision for the consumer applies.
Article 4 - The Offer
- Limitations or conditions are clearly stated.
- The offer includes a complete and accurate description.
- Rights and obligations are clearly stated.
Article 5 - The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded upon acceptance.
- Electronic acceptance is confirmed promptly.
- Appropriate security measures are taken.
- The entrepreneur may refuse an order if justified.
- Relevant information is provided upon delivery.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
Article 7 - Obligations of the Consumer
- The consumer must handle the product with care.
- Liability only applies in case of improper use.
Article 8 - Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- Withdrawal must be communicated clearly.
- Return within 14 days.
- Return product in original condition.
Article 9 - Obligations of the Entrepreneur
- Confirm withdrawal.
- Refund within 14 days.
Article 10 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for custom-made products, hygiene products, and digital content.
Article 11 - Pricing
- Prices are not increased during validity unless due to VAT changes.
- All prices include VAT.
Article 12 - Performance and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees compliance with legal requirements and product quality.
Article 13 - Delivery
- Delivery is carried out with due care within a maximum of 30 days.
- Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 14 - Duration Transactions
Termination is possible with a maximum notice period of one month.
Article 15 - Payment
- Payment within 14 days.
- Maximum 50% prepayment.
Article 16 - Complaints Procedure
- Complaints are handled within 14 days.
- Complaints must be clearly described.
Article 17 - Disputes
Dutch law applies to these agreements.
Article 18 - Industry Guarantee
If applicable via industry association.
Article 19 - Additional Provisions
These must not be to the detriment of the consumer.
Article 20 - Amendments
Changes take effect after publication.
